The Barnes magnetic and fabric filters offer 2-stage coolant filtration. In the first stage, dirty coolant flows through a powerful magnetic field that remove ferrous particles. In the second stage, it passes through a filter which removes non-ferrous contaminants.
The Barnes MPE-20 removes 95% of the contaminant depending upon the fabric used. Applications include rough and finish grinder, hones, lapping machines, single or multiple machines, water soluble or oil coolant.
